Breakfast very poor only because there should be plenty fresh fruit cut and sliced. Not just a dinner plate of bananas and apples ect. Other than that it was good. One BIG point for us is the staff. The bar staff 1 boy and 1 girl were amazing, friendly and amazing at their job even though they were snowed under and eventually working overtime....really brilliant. The restaurant manageress was also brilliant. All the other staff were fantastic and really made our stay a good one, we will be back. But you need to get more staff in to help the excellent workforce you have, if they are so great with customers they will be great at training. They don't deserve to be so crazy busy all night they are too good for that.

We love this hotel because it has all the things you need .in my needs was the pool . Starbucks and a good nights sleep .There is a park and ride near too so that was handy for is seen as we had driven a fare way from the lakes . Stayed 2 times now . We will be back sometime. Many thanks to all the staff .The only let down was that the rooms could do with mini fridges in them .. 10/10 .

The Receptionist was so welcoming, he gave us all the information we needed. The Hotel reception was warm and clean - the hotel didnt appear to be too crowded. The room was spotlessly clean. The staff in the Pub and Grill were welcoming and friendly. Loads of towels, toilet tolls, shower gel, handwash, tea and milk. Love hanving an internal phone in the room - makes me feel safer.

Edmonston

The spa facilities were great albeit the pool temperature was lower than I expected. This however could easily be down to the Hotel saving money on energy which I am sure everyone can understand. The food from the restaurant was good as was the service. Was greeted with a smile and good nature from everyone.

Robin

The location of this hotel is easily accessible by car when traveling as just of the new bypass. The staff are very helpful, very friendly and happy to go out of their way to help. The hotel itself is immaculate and the facilities are brilliant. Nice relaxing vibe and good lounge/bar area.
